Avengers remain undefeated The Marlboro Avengers flag football team gave a strong defensive effort and Dhane Blair ran for three touchdowns in a 28 0 victory against the Camp Springs Tigers last week. Marlboro held Camp Springs to just one first down on six possessions, as Dorian Strong led the defense with 10 flag pulls. Michael Coit, DeMarco Lyles and Tyler Thomas also contributed on defense. Chantz Harley set up the first touchdown of the game on a 50 yard run to the Tigers 5 yard line. Blair followed with a five yard fun for his first touchdown and Ryan Davis added the two point conversion. Blair added two more TD runs of more than 50 yards each, the second coming with less than 10 seconds left in the first half. Ahmad Garnett had a 45 yard run to start the second half and Strong ran 25 yards for a touchdown. Nathaniel Richardson added a two point conversion to close the scoring. Milo Harley, Peterson, Zuri Williams, Tommy McKoy, Devin Morgan Dallas Preston also contributed as the Avengers improved to 6 0 in the South Division.
